We had the absolute pleasure of working at the Design Museum, London in March for a private client celebrating Bat Mitzvah.
The family were an absolute joy to work with, super creative and fun!
It was no ordinary Bat Mitzvah, it was the largest install in the history of the Design Museum for any event. To be trusted with this task was a huge compliment and an exciting event to be given.
Working along side the listed suppliers chosen by the client, it was a night that wont be forgotten....
Seating 125 guests on different platforms and level throughout the space, Rocket Catering served sushi and japans inspired food. Food stations were set up and themed to meet the needs of the children at the event, burgers, sushi, pizza, pasta a long with tacos were served.
Event Concept installed a HUGE amount of production in the one hour window before guests arrived. Veevers Carter installed some simple but stunning orchid displays.
Entertainment was key in this event, the clients main focus was ensuring the guests were blown away with entertainment and had plenty of interaction.
Young Guns brought in Flawless, who performed to a bespoke mix of songs chosen by the family, with dancers entering on all levels and then coming together on the main dancefloor - it really was flawless....
Make up artists, dog tag printing, arcade games, bubble tea, pan ice cream, pix n mix, dessert station, live DJ, and so much more it was a brilliant night.
As suggested event producers to the Design Museum we are so excited to get in there again soon.
