The past few months has been pretty hectic in Creventive HO, we were tasked to venue source, design, and produce 3 very special events, to celebrate very important milestones in the life of one of our VIP clients.
The first event, a VVIP dinner for 200, the venue had to be amazing and the setting had to be breath taking.
Kensington Palace was first on the list, and the Creventive team got straight to work on designing what would be an unforgettable evening.
With just 4 weeks to get the project off the ground, we commissioned the elite of the event supplier world and started molding the event.
A huge, clear-span marquee would be installed on to the Orangery Terrace for the reception. Bathed in gold, creating a stunning focal point for guest arrival. Inside the marquee, canapés and champagne were served effortlessly by Alison Price. Guests relaxed on decadent white furniture brought in from Velvet Living.
Wise Productions lit both spaces and the exterior to create drama and intrigue.
Inside the Orangey, two long tables welcomed guests with the finest Lebanese meze selection, the Orangery glowed in deep gold and sepia tones, with the ceiling playing host to a bespoke GOBO design, specially created for the event, by the client.
A Lebanese band, flown in for the occasion, played through the night, filling the room with Middle Eastern sounds, as guests enjoyed the 3 course meal and could not help but be caught up in the atmosphere.
Following the formal dinner at Kensington Palace, our client wanted to mark the same occasion with a more relaxed party the following day. The venue had to be large enough to hold 600 guests, and be a unique space, that guests would not be expecting.
Creventive used their knowledge of venues in London and, with the client, eventually decided on B1, Victoria House.
The client wanted a party and boy did we throw her one!
Using the white space as inspiration, Creventive injected colour and fun. An 80’s feel soon became apparent, and we got to work designing the primary colour scheme with Wise Production team.
The lighting would be block in colour and create pockets of seating areas. A huge mirror ball ball installation would anchor the internally lit central bar and an LED dance floor would be a focal point for the band.
The London Kitchen created a fabulous menu; a mix of ‘east meets west’, using mini sliders, pizzas, kebab wraps and quinoa salads for guests to enjoy.
Velvet Living once again provided us with an array of funky, contemporary furniture. Just Pose installed photo booths around the venue for guests to use.
The Lebanese band and DJ Dan Flack, from Eight Ray Music, filled the dance floor until the end of the night, with a mix of classic floor fillers and current dance music.
The final event, and most special one of all, was held, in the truly stunning One Marylebone. Our client was to receive the highest of honors in architecture, this event had to be beyond perfect!
We had a simple brief; GOLD!
The team at Wise Productions, again did us proud, and turned the venue into a stunning gold canvas. We installed a gold central bar complete with a 4m high, helium sphere installation, from Bubblegum Balloons, to give the room height and a focal point.
The London Kitchen teamed up with Noura Restuarnt, to cater and delight all attending with a delicious menu of canapés, meze and whole lamb served with jeweled rice.
DJ Dan Flack from Eight Ray Music, filled the air with chilled beats and guests partied the night away.
For the Creventive team, these events will always hold a special place in our heart.
